Project Description

Sovereign Place, an allocation of 20 residential lots, has road access for all lots and strategic placement of native trees. Given the estate’s fantastic flat and square block, our team had flexibility on the options of how to subdivide lots. Close collaboration with town planners, surveyors and engineers led us to proceed with beautifully subdivided blocks in similar sizes and shapes. Offering home owners a good piece of land to design and build their dream home.
