What We Do
Residential Land Subdivision
We began operation specialising in land subdivision. We see land subdivision as a critical first step of being a competent developer. To date we have successfully completed and sold a handful of land subdivision projects.
Development of Townhouses and Apartments
Our early years of commitment in residential land subdivision and project management was intended to sharpen our capability of becoming a competent developer. To date, we have completed one townhouse development, Lakefield Parks, that involved 59 units. Gateway @ Centrus, another of our remarkable projects that involved an apartment tower comprising 45 units and five retail premises.
Master Plan Community
We are proud to announce our biggest ever project-Centrus Park, a Master Plan that involves two x 10 story Apartment and a mixed-use tower with specialty stores to create a comfortable surrounding for community living and provide residents the added convenience.
